The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic accident that occurred just before 9:00AM. Friday morning on I-75 South near the Hartley Bridge Road ramp. It was reported that a 1995 Ford Motor Home, driven by 63 year old , Richard Krehely of Sellersville, Pennsylvania; was traveling south on I-75 when he lost control of his vehicle striking the median wall. The vehicle turned on its side and burst into flames.
Also inside the vehicle was Richard’s wife, 75 year old Porsha Krehely. Both Richard and Porsha were pulled from the burning vehicle by passerby’s. Richard did not sustain any injuries during the accident. Porsha was airlifted to Augusta Burn Center for injuries she received in the accident. She is listed in critical condition.
