The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic accident with injuries that occurred off Joe Tamplin Industrial Blvd just after 04:30pm Sunday evening. It was reported that a 2003 Yamaha YFR Motorcycle , driven by 34yr old Marcus Lamar Threatt of Macon, was traveling on an access road behind 580 Joe Tamplin Industrial Blvd. when he lost control of the motorcycle and fell off striking the ground. Threatt was taken to the Coliseum Hospital by private vehicle but was later transferred to the Navicent Health Medical Center by ambulance. Threatt is listed in critical condition at this time.
