Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for 53 year old Phillip Lance Rozier Sr. Rozier is wanted for the murder of an elderly male found dead in his home at 967 Elder Street. The victim had a fatal gunshot wound. The victim’s identity will be released once next of kin is notified.
During the early stages of the investigation, information led to the arrest warrant for Rozier. A 2012 photograph from the Bibb County Jail File is attached of Rozier.
