Bibb Sheriff’s Investigators charged 29-year-old Sterling Breynard Bell in connection to the 2016 Homicide of Kendra Roberts. A passerby spotted Robert’s body on the side of the road in the 5500 block of Riverside Drive. Roberts was found lying in the grass, unresponsive, with multiple gunshot wounds.
On August 08, 2016, Daniel Cornel Hall, age 22, was charged in connection to Robert’s death. Further evidence in this case investigation absolved Hall and cleared him from any wrong doing.
A couple days after Robert’s death, Sterling Breyanrd Bell was arrested in the Atlanta area, on unrelated charges. When officers took Bell into custody, he was in possession of a 9mm handgun.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators continued to pursue this case and discovered through ballistics evidence that Bell was in possession of the handgun that was used in Robert’s death. Bell has been in custody of authorities, since the night that he was taken into custody, in the Atlanta area.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators issued warrants on Bell for the charge of Murder. Bell was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and is currently being held, without bond. Bell also has an unrelated hold for DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators Make An Arrest On Homicide In North Bibb
Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested and charged 22 year old Daniel Cornel Hall with the murder of Kendra Roberts. He was arrested at around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night. Hall is the boyfriend of Roberts. During the investigation Hall was questioned by investigators. It was discovered that Hall and Roberts lived together at the Riverwalk Apartment Complex, located at 5578 Riverside Drive. It was also discovered that they had a verbal altercation at the apartment prior to the fatal shooting of Roberts.
Hall was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center where he was booked on the murder charge. He is presently being held without bond.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Is Investigating A Homicide
Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies answered a call of a dead person found on the side of the road in the 5500 block of Riverside Drive just after 11:30 a.m. Sunday morning. It was reported that a motorist was traveling north on Riverside Drive when he saw what looked like a person laying just off the roadway in a grassy area off the shoulder of the roadway. The motorist turned around to go back to check and immediately called 911.
When deputies arrived they found the victim, 27 year old Kendra Roberts, lying in the grass, unresponsive, with multiple gunshot wounds. Roberts was pronounced dead at the scene. No further information is available for release at this time.
