Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrest a Macon man for theft by deception.


Investigators were informed that between January 5, 2020, and March 4, 2020, an unknown person used cloned credit cards to purchase approximately $3,400 in diesel fuel at the Jet Food Mart, 4765 Riverside Drive. With the help of surveillance footage, investigators were able to determine that the suspect is 45-year-old Dyrek Antonio Fuller, of Macon.


At approximately 12:00 p.m. on June 9, 2020, investigators searched Fuller’s residence and took him into custody without incident. Fuller was taken to the Investigations Office for questioning and then transported to the Bibb County Jail on the charge of Theft by Deception. He is being held without bond at this time. More charges are pending an investigation.
