A second arrest was made in connection to a homicide that took place at the Riverwalk Apartments on May 12, 2020.

It was reported that Terico Deshawn Little, age 25, from Macon, was arrested for several warrants from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, during a traffic stop by conducted by Deputies in Bleckley County during the early morning hours of August 5, 2020.

Little was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center at around 12:00 p.m. this afternoon. Little is currently being held, without bond, for the charges of Aggravated Assault, Murder, Theft by Shoplifting-misdemeanor, and Theft by Shoplifting-Felony. Little also has a separate charge of Probation Violation-Felony. The charges of Murder and Aggravated Assault are in connection to the Riverwalk Apartments Homicide investigation. The other charges are connected to separate incidents.

 Arrest Made in Homicide Investigation

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested 20-year-old Kendarius Trevon Hill of Macon, just after 11:45 p.m. Friday night, for the murder of 22-year-old Douglas Stevenson. Hill was stopped in Sandy Springs Georgia during a traffic stop and taken into custody on warrants issued by Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

Hill was taken into custody and transported back to Macon to investigations to be interviewed. After being interviewed Hill was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged with murder. Hill has no bond.

Homicide Investigation on Riverside Drive

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that happened at 5578 Riverside Drive, Riverwalk Apartments, at 9:24 p.m. on May 12, 2020. 

Deputies responded to Riverwalk Apartments, regarding a person shot. Upon arrival deputies found 22-year-old Douglas Wilmale Stevenson unresponsive in his vehicle, in the parking lot. It was reported that there was a large crowd near the 100 building when an altercation started, and shots were fired.  Stevenson was pronounced deceased on scene from multiple gunshot wounds. No one else was injured during the incident. There is no information on the suspect at this time. Next of kin has been notified.
