The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 19 year old Shannon Dwayne Williams Jr. Williams is wanted for the shooting of Justin Howe and Tamarcus Cole that occurred at the Westminster Apartments located at 1655 North Atwood Drive on November 12, 2017.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Westminster Apartments just after 12:14a.m on that Monday. The victims,25yr old Justin Howe of Macon and 24yr old Tamarcus Cole of Macon, were in the parking lot of the complex when they were approached by a black male that fired several shots into the vehicle they were sitting inside. Howe was shot once in the chest and Cole was shot in the right leg. It was reported that the suspect fled on foot.

Howe and Cole were transported to the Navicent Health Hospital where Howe is listed in critical condition. Cole has been released.
