The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a pedestrian traffic accident that occurred on I-75 northbound at the Riverside Drive overpass. It was reported that a white female was walking on I-75 in traffic when she was struck. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene by the Bibb County Coroner’s Office. No one else was injured in this accident. At this time the Pedestrian has not been identified. It is unknown what vehicle struck the pedestrian at this time, but deputies are looking for a Ford product, unknown make, model or color.
