In an effort to combat the trafficking of drugs, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigation Unit, in joint operation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s, Middle Georgia Safe Street Gang Task Force, conducted an investigation into a multiple gang drug trafficking organization. The organization was responsible for dealing and trafficking methamphetamine, marijuana, heroin, cocaine, and other illegal drugs in the Macon-Bibb County area.
This concentrated operation is entitled, Operation Extended Stay. Operation Extended Stay, took place from June 17th 2019 thru January 2020. The operation was launched due to the continued connection of a specific drug case and several arrests leading back to extended stay hotels. After further investigation, it was discovered that some members of the drug trafficking organization are gang members. As a result of this operation 24 arrest have been made.
As a result of the arrest, Investigators recovered:
- S&W .40 Cal
- Springfield XD .45 cal
- Glock 19 9mm
- Phoenix Arms .22 cal
- 8,680 Doses of Methamphetamine in 5 pounds = $230,000.00 dollars cash street value (One dose is approximately ¼ a gram)
- 4,500 Doses of high grade Marijuana in 10 pounds = $80,000.00 dollars cash street value (One dose is approximately 1 gram)
- 360 Doses Heroin $10,800.00 dollars cash street value ( One dose is approximately 1/10 a gram)
- 360 doses Crack Cocaine $5,000 dollars cash street value

· Albruce Green, Sr. – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine, Trafficking Methamphetamine, Fleeing and Eluding
· Shauna Morgan Bush – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine
· Kevon Dewayne Amica – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine
· Roderick W. Chester – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine warrant
· Milton Hill Jr. – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine, Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana with Intent
· Johnie Barfield- Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine
· Cartney J. Pitts – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine
· Keyundre R Stafford – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine, Trafficking Heroin, Poss. Meth with Intent
· Joshua L. Barham – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine
