Bibb County Sheriff’s Fatality Investigators issued arrest warrants on September 12, 2019 for 35-year-old Jody Woodard on charges of Failure to Yield and Homicide by Vehicle, in the death of 26-year-old Dontreal Lewis. Just before 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Jody Woodard turned himself into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and has been booked in on the above charges.
