The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a Commercial Armed Robbery that took place at the Flash Foods gas station, located at 4314 Pionono Avenue. The incident took place at around 3:20a.m. Tuesday morning.
According to witnesses’ statements, a male suspect, entered the store, while brandishing a handgun. The suspect demanded money from the cash register. Once the suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the store. The suspect was last seen running towards Dewey Street. No one was injured during this incident.
The male suspect was last seen wearing a black mask over his face, a gray colored hoodie, with a black leather hoodie over it. The suspect also had on camouflaged pants. He was possibly carrying a black revolver.
