The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Investigators arrested 43 year old Robert Anthony Smith Friday at around 10:15 a.m. for Sexual Exploitation of Children. A search warrant was obtained by Investigators with Homeland Security in reference to Child Pornography. A laptop reported to belong to Smith was seized and contained several videos of Child Pornography. An arrest warrant for Smith was obtained by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Smith was booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center where he is currently being held without bond. The incident is still under investigation.
