The Bibb County Sheriff’s Traffic Investigators are investigating a traffic accident with injury that occurred at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday morning. The accident occurred on Broadway at Bishop John L. Cotton Way.
It was reported that a 2000 Dodge Caravan, driven by 37yr Brittney Calloway of Warner Robins, was traveling North on Houston Avenue approaching the intersection of Broadway and Bishop John L. Cotton Way. It was reported that the brakes of Calloway vehicle failed. Calloway swerved to avoid striking the vehicle in front of her. She lost control of her vehicle and struck a curb and flipped, coming to rest against a building. During the accident 3yr Malcolm Calloway was ejected from the vehicle. Brittney Calloway, her husband 30yr Paul Calloway, son 3yr Malcolm Calloway and 6 month old Prince George were taken to the Navicent Health Hospital to be treated for their injuries. Their injuries are non- life threatening. Everyone is listed in stable condition.
Calloway did receive a citation for child safety seat not used.
