Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 820 Green Oak Terrace just before 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. The call was given out as a person shot and home invasion. When deputies arrived they found the victim, 17 year old Paul Brown III, with a gunshot wound outside the residence. Brown was rushed to the Navicent Health Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
It was reported that there was a burglary at 814 Green Oak Terrace when the incident occurred this morning. The investigation is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
