Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a person shot at 3401 Houston Ave just after 12:30 am. When deputies arrived they found 39 year old Kelvin Willis inside an apartment in building -B , unresponsive. Willis had been shot. He was transported to the Navicent Health where he was later pronounced dead by doctors. The next of kin was notified by the Bibb County Coroner’s Office.
This fatal shooting is currently under investigation. No further information is available at this time.
