A Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputy, Corporal Donald Johnson, was patrolling the area of Broadway and Richmond Street just after 2:00 a.m. Wednesday morning we he saw an elderly black male walking southbound on Broadway. The male was identified as 74 year old Edward Braswell who was reported missing Tuesday night from the Agape House of Middle Georgia located at 4901 Harrison Road. Braswell was checked out by paramedics called to the location by Corporal Johnson.
Corporal Johnson returned Braswell back to the Agape House where he was placed back under their care after he was checked by paramedics and found to be ok.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Is Asking for Public’s Assistance In Locating A Missing Elderly Man
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locating a missing elderly man. Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to 4901 Harrison Road, the Agape House of Middle Georgia just after 8:00 p.m. Tuesday night in reference to a 74 year old black male, Edward Braswell, missing from the location. It was reported that Braswell was last seen at around 6:00 p.m. this afternoon on Harrison Road near the Agape House. Braswell is around 5’9” in height, slender build, and has salt and pepper hair (described as a short afro). He was wearing a brown sweater, brown pants and brown boots. It was reported that Braswell suffers from dementia. He may be trying to get to Gray Georgia.
