Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a wanted person of interest within the 2500 block of Allen Road.
On August 9, 2023, just after 3:00 p.m., Bibb County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Units spotted a wanted individual in the 2500 block of Allen Road. The wanted suspect was approached by deputies and immediately fled on foot. After a brief pursuit on foot, the wanted individual was located hiding up in a tree and was apprehended by deputies.
The suspect was identified as twenty-four-year-old Johnny Allen Borum of Macon. Johnny Allen Borum was wanted in Bibb County for Felony Failure to Appear, and he was wanted in Houston County for felony offenses. He was also wanted by the Warner Robins Police Department for misdemeanor offenses. Johnny Allen Borum was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center where he is currently held without bond.
