William Ford, 55 years old, from Macon passed away today at the Navicent Health where he was hospitalized after being shot on June 6, 2015 in the 1200 block of Highland Avenue. Deputy Coroner Lonnie Miley reported that Ford was pronounced dead at 12:24PM by a physician at the Navicent Health. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed at the GBI Crime Lab in Macon on Monday. Bibb Sheriff’s Investigators will contact the District Attorney’s Office in reference to any upgrade on charges. More information will be released when available.
