According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, 47 year old Kimberly Walker died Monday morning from injuries she sustained in the traffic accident on Saturday night just after 7:30PM. The accident occurred on Hawkinsville Road at South Avondale Mill Road. Walker was pronounced at 11:10AM this morning.

Traffic Accident With Injuries In South Bibb
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic accident with injuries that occurred on Hawkinsville Rd at South Avondale Cir just after 7:30p.m. Saturday evening. It was reported that a gray Chrysler Town & Country, driven by 65yr old Shelia Aleman, of McDonough, was traveling south on Hawkinsville Rd. Aleman was making a left turn onto South Avondale Cir. Aleman’s vehicle was struck by a silver Lincoln Town Car, driven by 27yr old Laderrion Underwood of Macon. Underwood was traveling north on Hawkinsville Rd.
The north bound lanes of Hawkinsville Rd are blocked while the accident is being investigated. The lanes should be open back in about an hour. The Sheriff’s Office is asking that everyone avoid the area until the scene is cleared. Everyone was taken to the Navicent Health Medical Center to be treated for their injuries. Aleman is listed in stable condition, her daughter Kimberly Walker is listed in critical condition at this time, Charles Moore is also listed in stable condition. Underwood is listed in stable condition.
