Steven Quintrell Howard turned himself in to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, April 16, 2014 at around 5:45PM. Howard is charged with 1 count of Participation in Criminal Street Gang Activity, 1 count of Giving False Statements and Violation of Probation. No bond was set per the judge’s order. This incident continues to be under investigation.
