At around 6:25PM today David Chase Warnock was arrested without incident by local authorities from Henry County and Locust Grove, at a restaurant parking lot located off of Exit 212 in Locust Grove. Alyssa Armstrong was located with Warnock safe and unharmed. She was safely returned back to Macon to her family.
Warnock was transported back to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division to be interviewed by investigators. At the present time Warnock is being charged with kidnapping.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank law enforcement in Henry County and Locust Grove, the media and all parties involved with the apprehension of Warnock and safe return of Ms. Armstrong.
