The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office was notified that 65-year-old James Pleas, has been found safe and sound.  Investigators have removed Pleas from the NCIC system as missing.

Asking for Public’s Assistance in Locating a Missing Person

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person.  According to investigators, 65-year-old James Pleas, was last seen at his home on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. He was reported missing to the Sheriff’s Office just before 4:00 p.m.

Pleas is described as a medium brown skin black male with grey hair, standing 5 feet and 7 inches tall.  He weighs approximately 170 pounds.

It was reported that Pleas suffers from Alzheimer.

It is possible that Pleas may be trying to find his way to Riley Avenue. Pleas is wearing a black baseball cap with the letter R on the front of it, that is shown in the attached photograph.
