Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators received notification from the hospital that 40 year old Sylvester Harden Jr. died at around 10:33a.m. Friday morning. Harden was beaten in the head with a gun during an incident that took place at a residence located in the 5000 block of Nesbit Drive.
According to Coroner Jones, the “next of kin” has been notified.
Yolanda Butler, age 25 from Macon is currently charged with (5) Counts of Aggravated Assault.
Seymour Passard, age 23 from Macon is currently charged with (5) counts of Aggravated Assault.
Ceyunta Cater, age 22 from Macon is currently charged with (5) counts of Aggravated Assault.
Butler, Passard, and Cater will go before a Magistrate Court Judge this afternoon at 1:30p.m. All three suspect’s will be charged (1) count of Murder and (4) counts of Aggravated Assault.
