The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal single vehicle traffic accident that took place at 9:04 p.m. The accident occurred in the 5100 block of Bowman Road.
It was reported that the driver of a Nissan lost control, and left the roadway overturning into a wooded area. The female driver, later identified as 53-year-old Marcy Jill Sanders of Macon, was pronounced deceased on scene.
