The US Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 26 year old Phillip Lance Rozier Jr. just before 12:00 noon on Wednesday. The gold 2004 Pontiac Grand Am was also recovered. Rozier was transported to the Bibb Sheriff’s Criminal Investigative Division for questioning. He is charged with 1 count of hijacking a motor vehicle, 1 count of aggravated assault, 1 count of aggravated sodomy in relation to the incident that occurred on March 5, 2015 at 3809 Fairmont Avenue. He is also charged with 1 count of violation of probation. Rozier was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex after being questioned. His bond has not been set.
