The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious death that was reported in the 2400 block of Holland Drive just before 7:00 AM.
Deputies responded to the address where 16-year-old Jer’mya Troupe was discovered deceased in her residence by family members. At this time the cause of death is unknown. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
At this time it does not appear to be any signs of foul play.
