The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an armed robbery suspect. The suspect was involved in a commercial armed robbery at Dollar General, located at 4996 Bloomfield Road.
The suspect is a slender black male. He is wearing a royal blue hoodie (hood up), a white surgical mask, he wears a wedding ring, dark pants (skinny) and sneakers.

Commercial Armed Robbery Investigation
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery which took place at Dollar General located at 4996 Bloomfield Road.
On March 28th, 2023, at 1:21 p.m., the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office responded to Dollar General in reference to a report of an armed robbery. When deputies arrived, contact was made with witnesses. It was reported the suspect entered the store and approached the checkout counter. The suspect brandishes a firearm at the cashier. The cashier withdraws an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register and gives it to the suspect. The suspect flees the business. No one was injured.
