The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office’s Investigators, Gang Unit, Special Investigations Unit, and U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehends two persons of interest in connection with recent death investigations.
On April 22, 2024, 18-year-old Xalayah Nahri Green, and 20-year-old Peair Dennard Harvey were taken into custody after successful executions of arrest warrants. Both were apprehended after 9:00 a.m. at a residence within the 2500 block of Tredway Drive. Green and Harvey were wanted in Bibb County in connection with the murder of Anthonio Dewayne McNeill and Brian Rashad Obama on April 10, 2024. Xalayah Nahri Green and Peair Dennard Harvey, both of Macon, were transported to Investigations Headquarters. After further investigation, Green and Harvey were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
Xalayah Nahri Green and Peair Dennard Harvey both face two counts of Murder. They do not have a bond.

Arrest Made in Holiday Drive North Death Investigation
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit and U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended a suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Anthonio Dewayne McNeill. This incident occurred on April 10, 2024, at the Haven Inn Suites located at 107 Holiday Drive North.
During this investigation, Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators identified 36-year-old Lakiesha Renee Wilson as a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting. Today just before 4:41p.m. an arrest warrant was served. Wilson was apprehended at the Economy Hotel located at 4295 Pio Nono Ave. Wilson was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. She is charged with Murder and is currently being held without bond.

Death Investigation on Holiday Drive North
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death that occurred at the Haven Inn and Suites located at 107 Holiday Drive North. The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb E-911 Center at 3:20 a.m., Wednesday morning.
Deputies responded to the scene in reference to a report of a person shot. When deputies arrived, they observed 28-year-old Anthonio Dewayne McNeill of Macon, suffering from gunshot wounds. Paramedics responded to the scene to treat the victim who would later succumb to his injuries. Deputy Coroner Richard Robinson pronounced McNeill deceased on the scene. According to Deputy Coroner Robinson, the next of kin has been notified.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators are currently working to determine what led up to the shooting. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.

It was reported that a male was observed on Ruark Circle unresponsive. Deputies arrived on the scene and discovered 23-year-old Brian Rashad Obama unresponsive with gunshot wounds. Deputy Coroner Richard Robinson pronounced the male deceased on the scene. The next of kin has been notified.
