The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Focus Unit, along with the assistance of the Jones County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 19-year-old Timothy Jeremiah Green, at his home in Gray Ga., for the aggravated assault that occurred at Vista Apartments on Tuesday night.
Green was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged with two counts of aggravated assault. It was reported that Green was a victim in the January 29, 2020 incident.

Aggravated Assault Incident in North Macon
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred at Vista Apartments, located at 4150 Arkwright Road, just before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
It was reported that a 20-year-old male was leaving his apartment and entering a vehicle that was picking him up. Once the victim was inside the vehicle. The vehicle was struck by gunfire and the driver of the vehicle drove away to avoid the gunfire. The female driver and the victim met with deputies at a nearby fire station to report the incident.
No one was injured in this incident. There is no further information on the suspect at this time. Investigators are looking into the possibility that the incident from January 29, 2020 may be related to this current incident.

Aggravated Assault Incident in North Macon
The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred at 4150 Arkwright Road, The Vista Apartments at 3:34 p.m. this morning.
It was reported that a 19-year-old male was shot while in the parking lot near the 12 building. It was reported that there was an altercation between the victim and an unknown male subject. During the altercation shots were fired and the victim was struck on the right shoulder and ear.
The vehicle he was driving, sometime during the altercation, struck three cars in the parking lot, no one was inside the vehicles. He was taken to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in stable condition at this time. The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived.
A second 20-year-old male sustained minor injuries during the time of the altercation, but it is unclear at this time if the injuries were related to the altercation. He was driven to the Coliseum Northside and is listed in stable condition at this time.
No one else was injured in the incident. There is no further information on the suspect at this time.
