Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators signed warrants on 54 year old Stephen Darrell Jones and 47 year old Lisa Ann Murray for 42 counts of Cruelty to Animals. Jones and Murray were presently being held in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex on a previous charge of Criminal Trespass. The warrants were served on both yesterday evening. No bond has been set.
