The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a person shot. The incident was reported to have occurred at 6:16 p.m. at 159 Steven Drive, West Club Apartments. It was reported that 25-year-old Jessica Reeves was found shot inside of a parked vehicle.
The female victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance, where she later died from her injuries. The next of kin has been contacted by the Coroner’s Office.
The circumstances surrounding this incident are still under investigation. More details will be released once they become available.
