Bibb County Investigators were informed by Coroner Leon Jones, that 57-year-old Randall Perchelli died from his injuries, Friday afternoon. Investigators then secured additional charges for both men. Travis Arnes Warren and Andre Willis III are now both being charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Armed Robbery. They are both being held without bond.

UPDATE: Arrests made in connection with Aggravated Assault Investigation on Eisenhower Parkway

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office’s Gang Unit has apprehended two suspects in connection with the Aggravated Assault incident that occurred inside the 1000 block of Eisenhower Parkway on April 8, 2024.

On April 8, 2024. It was reported that a person was discovered down inside a commercial business located at 1090 Eisenhower Parkway Unit A. Deputies arrived on the scene and discovered a 57-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Upon further investigation, it was discovered an armed masked male in dark clothing entered the business, while another male held the automatic locked door open before running away. The armed male shot the victim and took an undisclosed amount of money, before fleeing the store on foot south on Pine Avenue.

A person of interest in connection with the incident was identified as 46-year-old Travis Arnes Warren of Macon. On April 9, 2024, just before 3:00 p.m., Travis Warren was apprehended on Ell Street and transported to Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigation Headquarters. After further investigation, he was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.

The armed suspect in connection with the incident was identified as 31-year-old Andre Willis III of Macon. On April 9, 2024, just before 10:00 p.m., Andre Willis III was apprehended on Eisenhower Parkway and transported to Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigation Headquarters. After further investigation, he was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.

Travis Arnes Warren and Andre Willis III have both been charged with Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery, pending further charges. Currently, they do not have a bond.

Aggravated Assault Investigation on Eisenhower Parkway

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred inside the 1000 block of Eisenhower Parkway.

The call came into the E-911 Center at 11:04 p.m. on April 8, 2024. It was reported that a person was discovered down inside of a commercial business located at 1090 Eisenhower Parkway Unit A. Deputies arrived on the scene and discovered a 57-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics arrived on the scene to treat the victim for his injury. He was transported to a medical facility for further treatment. According to medical staff, the victim is listed in critical but stable condition. No one else was injured during the incident.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
