Two men were arrested for drug and gun charges as a result of a search warrant that was conducted at a south Bibb County residence. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit, members from the Bibb Sheriff’s SWAT Team, U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, and agents from the U. S. Drug Enforcement Agency served a search warrant at 2035 Liberty Church Road, Thursday afternoon at around 3:00p.m.
Methamphetamines, Heroin, powdered Cocaine, a variety of different caliber firearms, ammunition and a large amount of cash were also seized during this search warrant.

Kelvin Henry, age 54, was charged with (3 counts) of Trafficking in Cocaine, Illegal Drugs, Marijuana, or Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies. Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, and he also has a Felony-Probation Violation hold. Henry is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond.
Larry Randall Maurer, age 49, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamines. Maurer is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center with a $4,050.00 bond.
Both men resided at the Liberty Church Road address.
