The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office would like to remind anyone attending the Cherry Blossom’s Grand Finale at Wesleyan College Campus, on Sunday April 2nd, about traffic and parking for the event. Parking on the campus will be limited and will only be accessible from the Tucker Road entrance from 1:00.p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Shuttle Buses will be the only vehicles with access into the campus entrances on Forsyth Road. At the end of the event all vehicles that are parked on the Wesleyan Campus will be directed to exit Tucker Road and will only be allowed to turn right.
Shuttle Parking and Buses
Parking and shuttle buses will be located at the Tattnall Square Church at 4925 Zebulon Road, Northway Church at 5915 Zebulon Road, the Museum of Arts and Science at 4182 Forsyth Road and the Kroger at 4650 Forsyth Road. Shuttle buses will run from these locations to and from the Wesleyan Campus from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Motorists who are not attending the event or do not have to be in the area of the campus may want to avoid the area as traffic will be moderate to heavy at times during the event.
