Traffic Accident with Injury in South Macon
Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to a traffic accident with injury just after 9:30PM Friday night in the 4400 block of Elkan Avnue. It was reported that 51 year old Delvan Hutchings of Gray Georgia was traveling north on Elkan Avenue in a 1983 Ford Mustang. The vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree in front of 4405 Elkan Avenue.
Hutchings was transported to the Navicent Center by ambulance to be treated for his injuries. He is listed in critical but stable condition. No charges have been made at this time as the accident is currently under investigation.
