The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic accident that occurred on Hartley Bridge Rd, at its intersection with Skipper Rd. just before 7:00PM this afternoon, August 2, 2015. Mrs. Alicia Kelly was in her Porsche Macan SUV stopped at the traffic light when a red Hyundai Tiburon driven by Mr. Alan Bullard ran into the back of her car. When she pulled in the parking lot of the Kroger Parking lot to exchange information, the Hyundai continued forward and ran off the road and into the retention pond in front of the Kroger Gas Pumps. The Hyundai came to a stop after striking a concrete culvert.
It was reported by Bibb County Patrol Deputies that Bullard was suffering from seizures at the time of the accident. He was taken to the Navicent Health Hospital to be treated for his medical condition and is listed in stable condition at this time.
Mrs. Kelly did not receive any injuries during the accident and no one else was injured.
