Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators with the assistance of Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team(SRT) and members of the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested two individuals from Macon in connection to the Homicide investigation of 24-year-old Olico Dennis.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators were able to identify 38- year-old Jarvis Jermaine Tillman and 30-year-old Amanda Allan Hulsey of Macon, as suspects in the homicide of Olico Dennis. Tillman and Hulsey were taken into custody at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Pierce Avenue just after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, without incident. Tillman and Hulsey were transported to the Bibb County Jail.
Hulsey was charged with Murder, Tampering with Evidence, Concealing the Death of Another and Aggravated Assault. Tillman was charged with Murder, Tampering with Evidence, Concealing the Death of Another, Aggravated Assault and Probation Violation. They both are being held without bond at this time.
This investigation is still ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available.

Missing Person Located
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators located 24-year-old Olico Dennis just before 11:00 a.m., deceased in Crawford County. This incident is now under investigation as a homicide. The next of kin has been notified my Deputy Coroner Lonnie Miley. More information about this incident will be released once it becomes available.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Is Asking for the Public’s Assistance In Locating a Missing Person
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person. On May 17, 2023, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Chatsworth Police Department for assistance with a missing person report. The report was made in reference to 24-year-old Olico Dennis. According to the Chatsworth Police Department, Dennis in Forsyth Ga., for a work assignment and traveled to Macon on Tuesday evening and has not been heard from since. Dennis’ last known location in Macon is unknown.
Dennis is described as a biracial male, 5’9” in height and weighs approximately 180 pounds. A picture of Olico Dennis is attached to this release.
