On November 14, 2019, at 10:37 a.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to an address in the 500 block of Wilderness Drive in reference to a domestic dispute.

When deputies arrived, they made contact with 46-year-old Lori Hendrick Waters and 50-year-old Jimmy Howell Waters. It was reported that the Waters were arguing about not having money to go to rehab. When deputies started talking to them Jimmy told them that Lori had Methamphetamine in an open box near the bed where deputies were talking to him. Both Lori and Jimmy claimed that the Methamphetamine belonged to the other.

Jimmy and Lori were both taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. Jimmy also had a warrant from the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
