On August 10, 2019, at 5:14 p.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies were in the area of Lilly Avenue attempting to locate a subject with a warrant, when they noticed a black male that appeared to be trying to hide from them.
The suspect ran behind a house and was seen by a deputy throwing a backpack into a bush, then returned to the front of the house. Deputies detained 18-year-old Jaquavious Donnell Pass, of Macon. When deputies recovered the backpack and searched it they located a Taurus 9mm pistol. The gun came back stolen out of Bibb County on June 20, 2019.
Pass was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. He was bonded out on $4,040.00 on August 11, 2019.
