At around 12:30AM Saturday morning, 22 year old Emmanuel Lee Stroud Jr. turned himself in to Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies at Cherry Street near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Stroud has warrants for his arrest for Armed Robbery, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony and Criminal Street Gang Activity in connection with a personal armed robbery that occurred outside the Golden Corral Restaurant located at 4704 Presidential Parkway, on September 7, 2015. Stroud was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Stroud has an additional charge of Possession of Marijuana. It was discovered that he was concealing a small amount of Marijuana when arrested.
