A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputy arrested a Macon woman for threatening to kill her neighbor, while on the phone with a Macon-Bibb E-911 operator.
Deputies were dispatched to an address in the 4000 block of Forest Avenue in reference to a dispute between neighbors. While on the way to the call, deputies were informed that the caller had threatened to kill her neighbor and was cursing at the E-911 operator on a recorded line.
Deputies made contact with 55-year-old Ella Willis Floyd when they arrived. It was reported that Floyd was upset because she thought her neighbor had thrown paper in her yard. There was no paper in the yard when deputies arrived.
Willis was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Terroristic Threats and Obscene/Vulgar Language to Intimidate/Harass 911 Operator. Willis bonded out on November 30, 2019, on a $4,545.00 bond.
