On October 31, 2019, at 00:45 a.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to 4314 Pio Nono Avenue, Flash Foods, in reference to a person doing drugs in the parking lot.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with 31-year-old Terrell Reid Davis, of Perry GA. Davis was asleep in his vehicle with a belt around his arm and a needle and other drug items near him. Deputies were able to wake Davis up and while talking to Davis he admitted to doing heroin.

Deputies located a small amount of Heroin in a bubble gum wrapper in the vehicle when they were checking it.

Davis was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects. He was released on a $9,750.00 bond on October 31, 2019.
