On October 18, 2019, at 5:04 p.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were patrolling the area of Summit Avenue and North Avenue when they witnessed a person known to not have a driver’s license driving a Cadillac Deville.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with 39-year-old Toranio Adaryl Hill, of Macon. While talking to Hill deputies witnessed him trying to empty a small bag of something into a drink cup that was in the vehicle. Deputies detained Hill and located a small bag of powder Cocaine that Hill had hidden under his leg in the driver’s seat. Deputies also located another substance inside the drink cup that is believed to Heroin. 

Hill was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and for a Probation Violation warrant. He is being held on a $7,900.00 bond at this time. More charges are pending the test of the second substance located in the cup.
