On October 11, 2019, at 11:15 p.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to 6440 Houston Road, Shell Gas Station, regarding a person slumped over in a vehicle.

When deputies arrived, they found 55-year-old Martin Thomas McIntosh, of Byron, who was leaned over in the front seat of his GMC Sierra truck. Deputies checked McIntosh and located a glass pipe that he admitted to using, to smoke Methamphetamine. Deputies also located a pill bottle in the truck that contained Methamphetamine.

McIntosh was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Related Objects and Driving While Unlicensed. He is being held on a $10,400.00 bond at this time.
