The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single vehicle collision, with serious injury, that occurred on Interstate 75, (northbound), at the Pierce Avenue exit ramp. The collision was called into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center at 12:41 a.m.
It was reported that the driver of a Nissan Versa lost control near the exit ramp, and rolled the vehicle several times. The driver of the Nissan, 33-year-old Melissa Booe, was transported to the Atrium Health Navicent by ambulance, and she is listed to be in critical, but stable condition.
The circumstances surrounding this single vehicle collision are under investigation.
