Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Theft and Financial Transaction Card Fraud Investigation
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached video surveillance stills. These individuals are suspected of posing as hospital staff / employees in an effort to gain access to closed offices within the hospital. The suspect(s) took purses and other personal items from an office located within Navicent Health, located at 777 Hemlock Street.
Investigators have determined that these same suspect(s) committed a similar offence at Smith Northview Hospital (Valdosta, GA). These individuals again posed as hospital staff to gain access to closed offices, taking an employee’s purse and contents.
