Bibb County Sheriff‘s Office investigators located and arrested 17-year-old Timothy Persons on February 3, 2022. Persons was transported to the Criminal Investigations Division to be interviewed in reference to his charges. After the interview he was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged with twelve counts of Aggravated Assault. Persons is being held without bond.

Arrest Made In Aggravated Assault Investigation
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile in connection with an aggravated assault investigation.
The investigation involved three separate incident locations in west Macon. The incidents occurred at three separate homes that were located on Summerhill Drive, Village Green Lane, and Virginia Avenue. These incidents took place on January 6, 2022. No one was injured in any of these incidents.
On February 2, 2022, deputies received information on the whereabouts of the juvenile that was reported to be involved in these incidents. Deputies made contact with the juvenile and he was taken into custody. The juvenile was transported to the Criminal Investigations Division to be interviewed in reference to his charges. After the interview he was transported to the RYDC and charged with twelve counts of Aggravated Assault.
Investigators are still asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate 18-year-old Jhaiven Maxwell, and currently 17-year-old Timothy Persons, who are also wanted in connection with these aggravated assaults that occurred at these three homes. Maxwell is also wanted for an Auto Theft at Twin Pine at Walnut Creek Apartments, located at 1737 Graham Road that also occurred on January 6, 2022.
Investigators have obtained warrants for both 18-year-old Jhaiven Maxwell and 17-year-old Timothy Persons.

Asking for the Public’s Assistance in Helping Locate a Wanted Suspect in an Aggravated Assault and Auto Theft Investigation
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate an individual that is wanted in connection with an Aggravated Assault that occurred in the 4300 block of Summerhill Drive, and an Auto Theft at Twin Pine at Walnut Creek Apartments, located at 1737 Graham Road. Both incidents were reported on January 6, 2021.
Investigators have obtained warrants and are looking for 18-year-old Jhaiven Maxwell. He is described as a black male standing six feet and one inch in height, weighing approximately 160 lbs. Maxwell has black hair, with dreads that are colored on the tips.
