Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators have charged 42 year old Benjamin Joseph Swain, of Charlotte North Carolina, with Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes and Child Molestation. Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies met with a relative of the 15 year old female victim on June 14, 2016. The relative had information of a relationship that Swain was caring on with the victim, from the victim’s cellphone. It was discovered through the investigation that the incidents occurred on June 3, 2016. Swain was arrested in Bibb County on June 17, 2016.
