The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Tyree Percadon Welch. Welch is wanted in regards to Criminal Street Gang Activities.
In a video that was found on social media, you can see Welch teaching and instructing two minor children on how to fight and describing which rival street gangs members to shoot and attack.
Welch also has warrants for Terroristic Threats, two counts of Simple Battery Family Violence, Criminal Damage to Property, Theft by Taking and Violation of Probation in connection to unrelated cases.
Welch is known to hang out in the west Macon and Bloomfield area. He is five foot eight inches tall and around a hundred and fifty pounds with light brown skin tone. A picture of Welch is attached to the release.
