The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 34 year old black male, David Howard. Howard is wanted by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office on 4 counts of kidnapping. Assistance is also needed in locating his 4 children that are with him, without the mother’s permission.
On September 13, 2016, the mother of the children, LaToya James contacted the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office after Howard did not return the children as agreed upon. Howard does not have custody or visiting rights at the present time, but after talking with Howard, James agreed to let him see the children for a few hours.
The children are 6 year old female twins, Kennady Howard and Kinsley Howard, 8 year old male, Camerson Howard and 4 year old male, David Howard. Pictures of the children and the father, David Howard are attached to the release. The vehicle that Howard is traveling in is a champagne colored Chrysler car. Model and year are unknown at this time.
